Avoid doing any kind of exercising or working out that would cause you to sweat or irritate the skin. A hot or warm shower afterwards is fine, but avoid pools, jacuzzis, and saunas. Avoid applying lotions or thick creams. Opt for soothing natural aloe or our bush balm oil. Steer clear of products with fragrances as those will irritate the skin.
